The 2025 MPI Cascadia Educational Conference is the premier location for planners and suppliers to create meaningful connections.

Hosted Buyer Planner Commitment:

Planners are required to fulfill a certain number of appointments with suppliers over the course of the Hosted Buyer sessions to obtain complimentary conference registration.  A deposit of $200 per planner is required to reserve your place in the program. The deposit will be refunded within thirty (30) business days from the conference conclusion with the minimum required appointments met.  Cancellation after February 14, 2025, will result in a forfeit of the $200 deposit.
