Maximize Your Time and Budget with the 2020 Hosted Buyer Program

The 2020 MPI Cascadia Educational Conference is the premier location for Planners and Suppliers to create meaningful connection. A carefully curated mix of Planners and Suppliers can participate in 8 minute appointments to share business needs and learn about meeting and event options throughout the region.
This two day program will offer complimentary conference registration and overnight lodging for approved Planners who meet with 16 Suppliers throughout the program dates. A maximum of 20 appointment times will be available.
Hosted Buyer Planner Commitment:
Planners are required to fulfill 16 appointments with Suppliers over the course of the Hosted Buyer sessions to obtain complimentary conference registration and lodging. A deposit of $150 per Planner is required to reserve your place in the program. The deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) business days from the conference conclusion with the minimum required appointments met. Planners that do not meet the minimum required appointments will be charged full conference registration and guestroom cost. Cancellation after February 14, 2020, will result in a forfeit of the $150 deposit.
