2020 Live & Silent Auction Preveiw

Get ready to make your bid at the 2020 Cascadia Live & Silent Auction! If experiences like a floating happy hour, an aloha vacation, a weekend of the best excursions, or a meal to post about, is your jam, you are going to be one happy bidder this year.

At this year’s auction, we will have five one-of-a-kind live auction packages, and 36 silent auction packages that will stop you in your tracks! Download the preview booklet today to see them all!

Cascadia 2020 Silent and Live Auction

By making a donation to the Cascadia 2020 silent and live auction, your company will be recognized among over 250-300 meeting planners, suppliers and other industry-related professionals across Washington, Oregon, British Columbia and the Northwest region in attendance (including California, Nevada and Canada). The deadline to participate in the silent auction is February 21st.

Last year, the auction was able to raise over $12,000, and our goal in 2020 is to offer even more fun, unique auction packages and to exceed the dollar amount by raising $14,000!

Monies raised help support both the Oregon and Washington chapters while also providing valuable financial support and scholarship to new planners so that they can attend the conference and further their industry education.

The deadline to participate in the auction is Friday, February 21, 2020.

Looking for inspiration? In the past, items that are crowd-pleasers are hotel packages that include multi-day accommodations with extras like meal/spa credits, restaurant certificates, event services and gift baskets of goodies, artwork, jewelry, etc. Be as creative as you wish. The more creative your donation the more promotion your organization will receive.

Want even more exposure? Be a featured live auction item during the Closing Gala. Donation items with $1,000+ value will be considered for the live auction.

2. Please send a PNG or JPEG file of your logo by Friday, February 21, 2020 to Jayne Leahy at jleahy@edgewaterhotel.com
3. Bring your donation onsite OR send it to MPI Oregon State Chapter, PO Box 4346, Portland, OR 97208 (Donations that are mailed must be received no later than February 21, 2020)
