Sharon Andrade

Sharon Andrade has been leading and transforming teams for over 30 years. She partners with The Effectiveness Institute where she previously worked for eight years with clients across industries from banking, technology, retail and hospitality to improve performance through people.  She is passionate about developing great leaders and teams who will enable others to thrive and create a positive workplace.   She would love to see toxic leaders and workplaces banished from the planet!  

Before starting HLeadership in 2022, Sharon led marketing, sales and the call center as VP Sales at Pineapple Hospitality/Staypineapple, the sales organization as Senior VP of Sales at Red Lion Hotels, had multiple property oversight as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilton Worldwide and oversaw the PNW region as a Sales Leader with American Express Corporate Services.  

Sharon enjoys travel, hiking, golf, cooking and most of all spending time with her family – her two daughters who reside in Southern California and her partner, Jack.
