This requires agreements with yourself that will enable you to move beyond the obstacles that you may be creating for yourself as you go through the relationship building and sales process. First Impressions: focus on how you want others to feel about you and what you want them to perceive about you and your product Understand the Importance of first impressions and what goes into them Reflect on what are you are currently conveying with your first impression Focus on how first impressions can be different via phone, email, in-person Develop your plan for your first impressions Making better connections: how to best connect and adapt to meet the priorities and needs of those with whom you want to have positive influence. Learn & practice reading other’s priorities and preferences Anticipate expectations based upon knowing their priorities Discover how to and practice adapting your approach based upon someone with whom you want to build a stronger connection or relationship.
