Gina Cotner

Gina Cotner is the Founder and CEO of Athena Executive Services, a firm that pairs virtual Executive Assistants around the United States with swamped and successful entrepreneurs and executives. Athena is one of the top “VA” firms in the US. The key to the success of her firm has been powerful, effective delegation. She has both lived it and taught it to hundreds.

After just five years, her firm was run successfully by managers that she developed. So much so that she now works just 5 – 10 hours/ week and enjoys a lot of time on pickleball courts and golf courses. 

She got her degree from Syracuse University in Human Resources and Public Relations, and had a career centered around training and personal development, before she founded her firm.
