The 2025 Cascadia Educational Conference, will be held at the Salem Convention Center in Salem, Oregon.

Salem is located right along I-5.
 
Approximate travel time from:
  • Seattle – 3.5 hours
  • Portland – 1 hour
  • Spokane – 6.25 hours
  • Eugene – 1 hour

Closest major airport – Portland.  There are some limited flights into Salem.

Amtrak stops at in Portland and Salem.
 

Yes! Cascadia is is open to all planners and suppliers. In addtion, you do not have to be a member of MPI to attend the conference.

If you cancel before or on February 15, there is a $100 administrative fee for regular attendees and $350 administrative fee for hosted buyer.

If you cancel from February 16 to the conference there is no refund.

Substitutions are allowed.

By attending the Cascadia conference you will have a multitude of sessions to earn your CEs.  Keep watching our social media feed and our website for updates.

Your Cascadia registration will provide you with two and a half days of educational content, networking opportunities, silent auction, opening reception, Monday breakfast and lunch,  Monday reception and Jamboree dinner, and Tuesday brunch.

PNW casual dress is appropriate for all conference functions.  Come as a camper for the entire conference! Feel free to dress Camp Couture for teh Jamboree dinner on Monday.
