WHAT DOES MY OPENING RECEPTION TRADE SHOW BOOTH INCLUDE?
Your opening reception 8′ x 10′ exhibit space will include one 8′ draped table, two chairs, and access to a 120 volt, 20 amp power outlet. There will be no back wall drape in your booth. The hall is carpeted. Exhibitors will be responsible for bringing their own extension cord, duct tape and surge protector.  Complimentary WiFi will be provided in the opening reception exhibit hall. The theme of the opening reception is Game Night. We are actively encouraging sponsors to incorporate an interactive element, game, or brand experience into their trade show program.

OPENING RECEPTION MOVE-IN & STRIKE
You may hand-carry your materials from the upper parking lot to your exhibit space, or you can drive your personal vehicle to the exhibit hall garage door to load in.

Exhibitors will be responsible for moving their materials from the garage door to their space during set up, and out of their booth during strike. Due to not having an official decorator for the conference, should you require I&D  assistance with your booth, you will need to secure this on your own. Given the limited space at the convention center, we are unable to offer onsite storage for exhibit materials during the conference.
